(System Procedure 6.7.2)

Part 1. Purpose:

Part 2. General Principles and Information:

Part 3. Procedures:

To ensure the interest and safety of the College, 使用全球赌博十大网站校园和设施的团体必须遵守全球赌博十大网站设施使用程序.7.2.1.

 

Part 4. Definitions:

就本政策和程序而言，下列定义适用:

  • 全球赌博十大网站 means Rochester Community and Technical College.
  • WSU–R means Winona State University – Rochester.
  • Educational Partner 指罗切斯特公立学校(RPS)和/或其他教育机构.
  • 全球赌博十大网站 Department means an official department within 全球赌博十大网站.
  • Affiliated Organization means another Minnesota State Institution.
  • Commercial Activities 指销售或提议销售任何商品或服务，以及招揽或推广任何商品或服务.
  • Common Space means areas on campus open to the public, i.e., atrium, hallways, lounges, cafeterias, courtyards, etc.
  • Enrolled Student 指在一个或多个班级注册的学生，在该学年中寻求使用设施.
  • Non-Affiliated Organization means an organization not affiliated with Minnesota State.
  • Recognized Student Group means a student group officially recognized by 全球赌博十大网站. See Minnesota State system Policy 2.1.

Part 5. Prohibited Uses

Non‑affiliated organizations must abide by their lease agreements, as well as all federal, state, or local laws.

 

不遵守政策或协议可能导致取消活动使用的设施和禁止任何进一步的租赁设施.

 

全球赌博十大网站还可以侵入或限制个人参与学院的活动和/或学院拥有或控制的财产, or portions thereof, in order to protect persons or property from danger or damage, or to prevent disruption of operations.

 

Part 6. Emergency Restrictions

由于天气和其他紧急情况，全球赌博十大网站保留取消任何预定使用其设施的权利. 全球赌博十大网站保留根据需要与地方政府单位签订协议以处理任何紧急情况的权利.

 

Part 7. Disclaimer

全球赌博十大网站不承担因其根据本政策提供设施的决定而产生的责任或义务. 这样的决定也不表示支持个人或组织的目标. 全球赌博十大网站设施的使用者必须遵守所有联邦、州和地方法律.

 

Part 8. Appeals

财务和设施副总裁作出的任何决定都可以向总裁提出上诉. 上诉必须明确指出先前的设施决定不正确的地方. 总统对设施使用决定的审查应从头开始. No further appeals will be entertained.

 

Part 9. Parking/Access Fees

所有租用设施的员工及团体均须缴付用户停车费. An access fee will be charged to all students.

 

Part 10. Posting Policy

如欲在校园内指定地点刊登活动及服务广告，须遵守校园张贴政策.4.2.1 and Guidelines.

 

Part 11. Bookstore Policy

学院将开设一家书店，让学生有机会购买学院课堂和活动所需的教科书和其他资料.

 

Part 12. Food Service Policy

学院的政策是通过合同安排提供食品服务和自动售货.

 

Part 13. Event Security Policy

全球赌博十大网站致力于为所有学生、员工和访客提供一个安全、友好的环境. 全球赌博十大网站’s Public Safety Department, in addition to other law enforcement providers, may be required to monitor large events. The cost of security is paid by the user if applicable.
