第1部分. 目的: The 全球网赌十大网站 Intercollegiate Athletic program serves students who desire athletic competition as a way to reach a better awareness of themselves and others by developing skills, 通过竞争培养团队精神和体育精神.
第2部分. 会员: 全球网赌十大网站 shall have membership in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) and shall be affiliated with the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).

第4部分. 体检: Students are required to have a physical examination 之前 to being issued any equipment or participation in any college athletic program, including 实践. Students are responsible for acquiring a physical exam at their own expense. The 全球赌博十大网站 卫生服务 provides athletic physicals during the academic year (September through mid-May) for a nominal fee. Appointments are required and 必须 be made in advance by contacting 卫生服务. Physical exams are only good for one year from the date of exam and 必须 be renewed annually. The College MUST have a copy of the physical on file in the athletic training room office before any student will be allowed to 实践 or participate in scrimmages/games.
第5部分. 保险: All students who wish to participate in the College intercollegiate athletic program 必须 carry medical insurance. A copy of the College’s Athletic Department’s 保险 Questionnaire 必须 be on file with the Athletic Trainer 之前 to any student being allowed to 实践 or participate in scrimmages/games. 学院不提供运动保险.
第6部分. 伤害: The College Athletic Trainer has the authority to determine who may or may not participate and to what extent when they have been injured. Injured 运动员 will be required to follow the rehabilitation program set up by the Athletic Trainer and to attend all scheduled treatment sessions. All injuries 必须 be immediately reported to the Athletic Trainer.
第7部分. 设备: Students participating in intercollegiate athletics will be responsible for all equipment issued to them. Holds will be placed on all records and athletic awards for all equipment for which not accounted.

B部分. Personal cars may only be driven with the approval of the Head Coach and the Athletic Director. 如已获准许, then the private vehicle 必须 follow the team vehicle(s) to and from the site of competition unless permission is granted by the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
部分C. Student 运动员 MUST travel back to the college with the team unless they have had 之前 approval to leave with their parent/guardian or partner/spouse from the opponent’s site. All requests for students returning with parents or spouse 必须 be submitted a minimum of one (1) day 之前 to departure on the appropriate 旅行 Release Form(s), and 必须 be approved by the Head Coach and the Athletic Director.
部分D. 学院禁止非法持有, use or distribution of drugs and alcohol by students and employees on the College premises, or in conjunction with any college sponsored activity or event, 无论是在校内还是校外. There shall be no transporting or use of recreational drugs while traveling with any college athletic team by anybody in the official traveling party. The “official traveling party” consists of coaches, 运动员, 志愿者, 以及体育部的工作人员. The College will impose sanctions on students and employees who violate this policy.
部分E. The official traveling party represents the College, 体育部门和学院社区. The College expects appropriate conduct by everyone in the official traveling party.
部分F. When lodging is involved, the College will take care of room charges only. Telephone, pay TV or other costs are the responsibility of the occupant(s) of the room. Any room damages shall be the responsibility of the occupant(s). Violators will not be allowed to participate in any further 实践s or contests and a hold shall be placed on the students’ records until full restitution is received.
第9部分. 烟草. 所有的大学大楼都禁止吸烟. The use of all tobacco products are prohibited by 运动员 in any part of the Regional Sports Center, on any of our athletic fields or during any athletic event as per NJCAA and Minnesota College Athletic Conference rules and regulations.
第10部分. 发布信息. In an effort to assist students in their academic endeavors and to make sure they are receiving proper medical care, students are required to sign an Academic Release and Medical Release form.
